Why Not?

I might be committing a sort of hypocrisy by creating this blog as I have often questioned the value or necessity of blogs themselves. Maybe I simply prefer the personal experience of holding a written work in hand while indulging in its content rather than knowing I am one in a multitude straining my eyes to read someone else's words that are continuously bouncing around in cyberspace. I guess it just seems so impersonal. However today I decided to be a hypocrite and create a perhaps impersonal blog for all to see. I will record random thoughts, ideas, or occurrences that happen to pop into my head or happen to just happen. It can't hurt, right?
